As we grow in our relationship with Heaven, we begin to notice more. We become aware of impressions, thoughts, emotions, body sensations, dreams, and moments that seem to carry deeper meaning. But awareness alone isn’t enough. We also need discernment.

This guide was created to help you slow down, pause, and become more intentional about what you’re receiving. Rather than reacting to every feeling or impression, you’ll begin asking a different question:

Is this Heaven… or is it interference?

As you move through these pages, I encourage you to take your time. Reflect on the questions. Notice what resonates. Return to prayer often. Discernment doesn’t grow through striving, it grows through relationship.

My prayer is that this guide brings you greater peace, deeper confidence, and a renewed trust in the ways Heaven is already leading your life.
