When we chase fear, solve problems we are out of our truth/ soul alignment. We often become emotional first and then wake up
It may be painful where you are right now, but you are here to do great work.
May– being with our emotions, fears.

Mary’s gospel 9:18-25
The seven powers of wrath/ fear:
- DARKNESS- our own darkness consumes us. We possess both light and dark. When the past is present we retraumatize ourselves.
Desire to serve- we can’t serve others when we are serving the darkness- we can’t see truth and get to the bounty that is meant for us. Our darkness consumes us- stops us from having gratitude.
- DESIRE- Desires of the heart are God given- truth- our postcard vision.
When a desire is picked up from someone else it feels like a longing, a judgment, jealousy
When we resource, cleanse and clear- it opens us up to give and receive LOVE
- IGNORANCE- having an inability to see past the physical form- to be tuned out- believing that you are not HOLY- forcing a plan
The truth is: you are HOLY and you are meant to be here to share your gifts
- ZEAL FOR DEATH- Not of this earth- when in despair- believing it is easier if we don’t have what we have- not wanting to be who you are- forgetting your Holiness.
Come to yourself with a gentleness,there is no requirement for us to DO anything- only to be who you are- fill up from the inside out. Release fear ego, stand in the belief I am so meant to be here and step away from thinking I just want this to be over.
- REALM OF FLESH- Leaning into abundance- we have imprinted beliefs that are tainted with telling us it’s bad or wrong to receive an exchange for our good works. This is when we have exited the truth of our soul and we become critical of ourselves and others.
- We lust over physical things that we believe provide us pleasure or help us to feel worthy- sex, food, alcohol, drugs, relationships, more clients, more money…. When we remove the toxic energy and the entanglement we can remember we are love and reconnect with our desire to serve.
- FOOLISH WISDOM OF THE FLESH- foolishly thinking money would make us happy, or having all the things we think we want. The truth is we are always evolving and we are in all of our relationships as ourselves
- WISDOM OF THE WRATHFUL PERSON -verbal abuse, hearing inner turmoil- take things out of context and turn them toward ourselves in a critical judgmental way. Hidden verbal/ mental/ emotional abuse can cause the most damage- it tears us apart from the inside- we perpetuate the abuse to ourselves. Our internal dialogue are words that can tear us apart little bits by little bits.
- A fog can come in front of us obscuring our vision of truth. It brings in lower energy that creates illusion and wreaks havoc- it can feed on our sorrows.
- Demons- scary
- Other mediums do exorcisms so we should look at it- it serves a purpose.
- If you are experiencing a contamination, you can bless it and release it- Claim “Only that which of God is welcome here.”
- Desires of your heart- What does it look like?
- A heart desire is about the frequency you are in.
- Ask yourself: What is my energy today? What am I focused on?
- From your desire of your heart you can create your own personal mission statement = your promise or contract with God.
- Home work: Merge your desire and your vision to create a high frequency love based mission statement for right here, right now- point your arrow in that direction- place the energy of our clear intention in the direction we want to go. Share it in voxer. Pray for each other- hold each other’s and your own mission statements in a sacred love circle.- Honor each other and our sacred work. Surround each other in light, love, prayer and intention. Our conscious decisions are the strongest and most powerful. You are saying YES when you consciously align, not wishy washy- you will be provided with what you need. Play with using your breath to uncover hidden gems and to open up free space for more love to come in. Remember emotions come to facilitate healing- to clear old debris before planting new seeds.
