Building out our dream business
-Challenging ourselves to stay ever present to talk about the technical aspects of serving your sacred, beautiful soul to the world
-Lead our lives instead of our lives leading us (not giving away our energy and co-creating with stress)
-God takes the lead, he is the CEO and we take the seat as the leading lady of releasing and surrendering
-Have our vision, and resource our vision with God (he helps us weed through what isn’t necessary, what isn’t “right now,” and helps us fall quiet with our energy to clearly see the road ahead- he fine tunes it).
-Cocreating with God is not about how “fast” you can go, but about how “still” you can be. Allow your vision and ideas to marinate
-Give yourself space to heal what you need to heal. Not all healing looks like.
As you step into the co-ceo role of your business, with God in the driver seat with the wheel, your job is to navigate the downloads and the energy/messages and people he brings into your life.
Yes, God, YES is having faith to move forward with hope and your vision through the “scary” things that you don’t want to do. You agree to move energetically through something you don’t fully see yet. This is faith- you know the vision and your hope has you show up to do the scary shit!
This is showing up.
Having a client or two is controlling the energy. Manipulating from fear verses trusting your vision and having faith that God will bring you there.
Social impact is serving more people and there is no control. You are just focusing on your frequency ONLY= flow, freedom
We have all seen leaders who show their humanness, they share parts of their story and it creates intimacy. Dreams are built from our stories and how we navigate and move through the challenges.
Meditation and journaling allows you to get out of your head to see your vision.
Building our dreams- use the Goddess principles to guide you through both your personal and business life.
Set a CLEAR mission and direction for your business.
You must create space for God to come in and bless you as he guides you to bring your vision to fruition.
Business 101: Have a clear mission. Where are you now? Where do you plan to go? God says: “Pick a direction or I can’t help you.”
Once you have the vision of where you’re going, write down the answers to these questions:
-What is your biggest fear?
-What are your weaknesses?
-Tell me how you handle stress?
-In just a couple of words, what is your home life like?
-What are your most challenging relationships?
-Do you have any regrets or beliefs that you’re holding onto?
-What do you do in your business?
-What are your passions? What are you passionate about?
-How do you express love?
-How do you express your anger?
-How do you handle conflict?
-How do you react to being criticized or judged?
-Does your business have a name?
-What makes your business unique?
-What are your current business challenges? Or challenges with your dream of having a business?
-Why is your business of value to you?
-Why is your business valuable to another?
-What is the energy of your business at the moment (using the soul scan method)?
-What does your business do for your clients or customers? (Product, service, offer or dream offer?)
-Does your business have employees or volunteers?
-How is your business of service?
The main objective is to step forward:
Bring all versions of yourself together.
Put systems in place that support your journey.
Build a community.
Have soft boundaries.
How much is too much? You are the guide- ask God. When you own and operate a business you are in relationship with the people you serve.
There is always ENOUGH resources for everyone, the flow never stops. If you aren’t meeting your goals, take the personalization out of the equation. Detach from the energy- of if they stay or if they go it must mean something about me. Your pain points will be poked. This is another opportunity to heal at the next level. If you force your way it’s not sustainable.
Building community = networking.
Becoming the person that is your best friend telling your story, being very clear of your offer so when they meet someone else, it is “Oh, you need to meet __”; “you need to read ___’s book”; “you need to work with ___!”
Tell your story
Be in person
Go to other people’s events
Surround yourself with likeminded people
Know who you are so you can represent and showcase clearly
First for you- then for others
Being a cheerleader is a huge role
Serve yourself, fill up- so the voids don’t become bigger
Collect emails and information
Share something with them in exchange for their email
Email Content: Express yourself and serve
Social media:
Can be a spiral in the wrong direction if you aren’t stable in your own energy
Be a force for light instead of darkness
“Here’s my light. Here’s my message. Here’s my offer.” Be the leader of the light.
