Answering question on Trauma Recovery

  • A newer idea;  that we can actually integrate these separate parts. 
  • We have now entered a space of healing one fragment (piece) at a time. 
  • Healing generational trauma (of thinking that this practice is voodoo or witchcraft). 
  • Healing this NOW allows our children to live released from this generational trauma.
  • Younger versions of ourselves come out and our job is to lean in and ask that younger version questions (“what did it look like for you back then to have that experience?” And we can reassure that younger version by saying: “Let me show you how safe we are now. We don’t need to “try” or “figure it out,” we can just surrender and let God in.)

Your lightroom is in the veil, it is your protective place that you go to heal. 

When we want to do a healing, and are ready for a new experience – we would want to go to our lightroom. You can hold your client or group in the veil.

  • It is not busy (energetically)
  • It is a sacred space with just us and God.
  • The veil is an opening where we connect and tune-in to past loved ones.
  • We still must be connected to Earth so as to not feel flighty. 
  • The duality is being in our highest version and our lowest version. The level of your reading will match the level of your frequency.
  • By holding in your place on Earth AND entering your 8th chakra, you can allow another person to have a Holy experience.
  • This is why it feels so good to be around people who are in this space. 
  • Being aware of Source and Universal energy. 
  • Being called to serve. 

 

Permission You can go as far as your person lets you go. Your person may have some boundaries and “stoppers” that prevent you from being able to fully “go there” with certain areas, trust that. 

Intention is your Queen/ Goddess Holy move. 

Blending with your clients energy. This allows us to experience their Divinity.

  • As an empath, this can be confusing, picking up on all of their energies and can make you feel lost. 
  • Remind yourself: “They are just showing me. I’m being shown that they’re emotional here.”

Raise your awareness. 

  • Go into the Heavenly realm. 
  • Connect with Heaven. 

Commune (different for each of us). 

When we have fear, we get in our own way. 

  • That is ego stepping in front of the truth of who you are. 
  • It is your job to recognize ego- looks like- doubt, berating yourself, and say “I’ve got you, you’re safe. You can’t get this wrong.”
  • Your senses can’t get this wrong.  Your senses speak truth, your thinking mind is the doubt. If you lose your way and begin to doubt, find your way back by checking back in with your senses- what do you see, hear, taste, smell, feel?”
  • “We’re safe to have this Holy experience.”
  • It’s your job to stay stable and not deflect onto your person. 

Your senses can’t get this wrong.  

  • Your senses speak truth, your thinking mind is the doubt. If you lose your way and begin to doubt, find your way back by checking in with your senses- what do you see, hear, taste, smell, feel and KNOW?”

Interpret what you receive in your senses. 

  • It’s YOUR language. 
  • God will use things that are meaningful to you to speak to you. 
  • Close your eyes and put your hands on your body.
  • If you’re receiving a word, hold it, it has a frequency. 
  • If you’re getting numbers, stay there – don’t shut it off. Go behind the scenes.. 
  • “I’m getting 444, that means ____ to me…” GO FURTHER. Ask questions. 
  • THEN Deliver- it can go quickly if you trust
  • You can use your notebook. Pen to paper helps you go further. 
  • Hold eye contact and. o through the HEART CENTER – where it’s effortless. The THIRD EYE wants to SEE and reaches.

 

SAFETY NET: 

  • “Only that which is of God can come to me.”
  • Have an on/off sign. 
  • Close the door if needed.
  • Make clear statements to your team (of Angels and guides) where you stand (being on or off). Establish flexible boundaries.

 

Discernment.

  •  In a reading, if you question if the message is for you or your client.. 
  • Ask, “is this meant for me?”
  • “Please show me only that which is for my client to come through.”
  • Set it up energetically. 
  • In addition, it is true that anyone that comes to you for healing is meant for you. Sometimes the client comes in and THEY are the lifeline for you. 
  • Learn to trust what Heaven shows you ABOVE what Earth shows you.
  • Call in an angel to work with you
  • Holy Mother for safety, feel nurtured. 

 

Asking permission

  • Ask Heaven / guides/ Angels
  • Soft boundaries
  • Lean in with love
    • TRUST love.

    Use the heart to connect not the head- the mind tells us a dark story, gets busy asking questions and replaying old patterns- the heart brings us to the light and love. The truth is – love has us. .

    Meditation- Internal eyesight

    Breakout room with 1 person (20 min)

    Go through the heart center, call on Heavenly mother in the veil to receive a message for the person that you are working with.

    If a departed soul comes in, you are going to say thank you but I would like to work with the Holy mother. 

    If another holy figure steps forward, you can thank and appreciate, but again state that you have chosen to work with the Holy mother. 

    The message may come through as words, as a scene or as a felt sense (right it down, share it as words)

    Choose who will go first. 

    Close your eyes, go through your heart center. 

    Use your senses and your body. 

    Questions to ask the Holy Mother – “Is there a message for me to share with this person? What does she need to hear today?”

    Ginny: “Just say what you’re seeing.”

    Michelle: Affirmation that God is with me. 

    Nicole: “I don’t have to try so hard to reach for it.”

    “I don’t have to keep searching or looking for more to say. It can be simple and light and be just as meaningful, if not more.”

    Sophia: That was so easy and WONDERFUL!

    Danielle: A choice to not write, but asked to be shown instead. Not asking “what else,” “why?”

    Jeanne: This gives the miracle time to plant the seed and become what it needs to become. 

    I used to want to keep giving, but this was out of a need and a pain point of mine for them to have everything that they need. 

    It was genuine, but it was a void in me because “if I gave them enough,”- “I would be filled.”

    This is ENOUGH. This helps our energy to stay high frequency.  

    Heather: Coming from the heart was so different. It doesn’t matter how random it is, it means something to that person. 

    Sophie: Trusting the heart was challenging. 

    Martina: Marinate with the message, let go and more comes through. 

    Colleen: Asking questions directly to Mother Mary. 

    Ashley: Connect to Mother Mary in a feminine space (not masculine). Long pauses and deep breaths allowed more to come in. 

    This is SAFE, it’s just a new experience. 

    Trauma in the brain tells us we have to do it ONE way or else we won’t be safe

    When breaking down barriers, this new experience can be awkward and challenging

    But we ARE SAFE. You ALREADY ARE. 

    Creating more room for more love. 

    Breaking down the system that no longer works (masculine energy)

    I don’t have to prove, I get to serve and BE. 

    Gentle feminine / Divine quality.

    Remember who you are as you move through this holiday season

    Feel filled up that you are meant to be here. 

    You are a version of Mary in the lives of your family, loved ones and those around you.

    Proclaim LOVE! It’s not about you doing anything, it’s just about you being you.
