Video 1: A clear understanding of your gifts

Soul scan / Energy rating – checking in with your body, how do you feel energetically? An energy rating of 0-10. (0 is very low, 10 is very high). 

  • The energy we sense in the outside world impacts us in one way shape or form
  • What rating would you give yourself right now?

 

Understanding where we are in our energy & learning about and strengthening our Kingdom Gifts

  • Kingdom Gifts: How we sense energy here on Earth & in Heaven.
  • How Heaven energy and lower forms of energy impact our being and what stops us from using our gifts and moving forward. 

 

What are you most afraid of when using your gifts? What stumps you or makes you feel insecure?

“Not being right”
“Getting it wrong”

“Fear that it’s in my head”

“Being called a fraud”

“Having an off day and not being able to bring spirit through for clients”

“Energies attaching to me, feeling anxious or fearful of them”

 

 Empath Abilities – it is easy to merge with energy and people’s personalities. 

  • This can stem from people-pleasing in childhood. 
  • Because you have these great abilities, as a child you may have taken on qualities that either kept you out of trouble, kept you from getting hurt or kept someone else happy. 
  • We learn at a young age, when we’re sensitive, to abandon who we are. 
  • We start taking on the outside world. 
  • Once pain is within the body, the body doesn’t want to experience it again. 
  • Our little-person doesn’t want that to happen again, but doesn’t know how to stop it because a piece of our soul was left behind. This piece of soul is constantly on the lookout for this pain resurfacing again. If we detect and of this similarity, we react. 
  • We may react by abandoning our body. 
  • We try to take energy from the outside world and try to make it our own. 
  • We can sense the people around us (see, hear, smell, taste, feel, knowing = main senses)
  • When we exit our body, get the energy we need, and come back in – that’s psychic reading. 
  • This takes the healer further from their truth (which is LOVE).
  • The entanglement conflicts us like an energetic rope; we become hypervigilant and are constantly on, exiting our body.
  • We have senses on both Earth and in Heaven. Biggest question: “What do you see around me?” “Don’t you get exhausted?”
    • Learning to turn it off – it is not safe to constantly be on and reading energy all the time; it’s exhausting, depleting of well-being, and not safe. 
    • When we people-please, we step in right away and want to fix it (because we are LOVE and that seems natural). But this interferes with someone’s free will (to be continued on Day 3). 
    • Come into our bodies to feel the difference between Earthly senses and Heavenly senses. 

    Working with someone (therapy, healing): you receive the energy and want to share what you’re seeing. You lean in and start to share because you want to see the person receive the information, and want to go further with it. 

    • Prediction types of energy-reading will lead you further away from your true source of love and have you going in a different direction than God. 

     “Only that which is of God can come to me.”

    • Claiming our body and our auric field. We claim that we are no longer participating with lower, dark, demonic energies. 
    • Dark energy will come to us when we expand our gifts and it will work to torment and trick us because we are light & love and have a tender, loving-on-people heart; evil does not want this but God does.
    • When we fill our cup with scripture, communion, love and light – these are our defenses. 
    • Your one and only job is to fill up your body and being with so much love that you become a love magnet, which will repel lower shadow tones.
    • There is no such thing as a “safe energy” that is stuck here on Earth; all souls need to go to Heaven. 

 

If we have an experience with a lost being, as healers – we need to learn what to do with that (more to come on Day 3). 

 

The chatter of lower energies feeds and fuels it, giving it power. 

  • Cut off communication and do NOT play
  • Repeat: “I am a child of God” x3
  • Reclaim who we are: we do not search for it, we just move on.

 

Energy Centers and Nervous system regulation

  • Regulating our nervous system allows us to navigate to the Heavenly realm
  • Breathwork, chanting, meditations, yoga – can all regulate our nervous system
  • Overusing our senses trying to manage life means that we are constantly in flux energy, looping from problem to problem (even the same problem with a new experience)
  • We start to manage energy and try to control it, reducing our experiences more and more

 

– FORTIFY = Faith, Oneness, Radiance, Transcendence, Illumination, Fear Not, Yumminess

  • Being in sacred community, with other women who understand the feelings of being energetically messy, versus when they leave feeling filled up – it feels like life is doable again. 
  • F = Faith. God has us and life is abundant of miracles. You were asking, and your prayers were answered. 
  • O= Oneness. When we realize that we are not separate. There is no one above and no one below. When we are outside of oneness, judgment, criticism, jealousy come in. When we are ONE, we can be in awe, recognizing Divine. When we are not in awe, we are missing the point of life. (Birds chirp, winds blow, sun shines on the Earth, the moon rises, the crickets come out, tree frogs in season, no 2 snowflakes are the same = awe)
  • R = Radiance. When we are trying, it is opposing of love, and we are not one because we are working towards the energy we think we need to survive. In radiance, we are filled. 
  • T = Transcendence, which is different from transformation. To transcend something means to move through the pain, coming to the other side still standing with some new knowledge, awareness and willingness to go to new places we may not have been willing to go. 
    • We are not the same person that we were when we were 5, or 22. Physically, and cellularly we have regenerated and are different. Energetically, we hold on. 
    • When we transcend, we release and can move through to be HERE in THIS moment.
  • I = Illumination. Shining a light to what is TRUE. Shifting from “I” to “we.” When we see signs, that is illumination. 
  • F = Fear Not.

    • Your experience is your truth
    • As we do exercises like this again and again, our remembrance of our truth gets stronger
    • Our senses and the ability to sense in the Heavenly realm becomes more vibrant

    Your Kingdom Gifts: for the greater good of God

    • If you could smell the flowers, that is how your Angels and loved ones will send you signs
    • If you could taste the water, your guides will use the description of taste to send messages (grandma’s sauce, oatmeal cookies). When you’re working with a client, a taste may come in to share a message
    • To feel the chair or feel Mother Mary’s hand – you feel souls in Heaven.

    All of your senses may be open, but one is your strongest. 

    Your knowing and what you know to be true – that is God. It is undeniable.

    The knowing is what we stay with. 

    When we use our senses in this way, there is an undeniable truth.

    Trauma may make us want to give away our work for free and people-please. We must do the work every day. When we get needy on the inside, that is what we receive from the outside world. 

    When we’re in our integrity – there is no room for people pleasing. We will not lie to ourselves or others. When we are people-pleasing, we are lying and abandoning ourselves to get something we need. 

    TODAY a new faith has been established. 

     

    • The more you lean inward, the more you experience that oneness.
    • Letting go of figuring things out, trying, and reading energy – being in the truth – your radiance will grow. 
    • Today you transcended. 
    • You illuminate love to others. 
    • You are here because our world is in desperate, dire need of healers to come back on board. 
    • Playing small is no longer okay: you’ve been poked, prodded and brought here. 
    • FEAR NOT – the Lord knows the plans he has for you; you do not have to try. 
    • You are not going to get it wrong. 
    • IT doesn’t have to look like how everyone else is doing it. 
    • It has to feel right in your body and then it will make sense. 
    • Surrendering into your truth and into your gifts is how God will reveal the yumminess, abundance and new experiences that he has for you. 
    • The desires that are in your heart will become REAL.
